Over on Facebook we've been sharing links about dealing with exam stress. so we thought we'd give you a
little round-up here:

  1. Tips for stretching at your computer: UCLA has a list of stretches you can do while seated or standing at your desk. You may not be able to relax your mind, but you can relax those tense shoulders!
  2. Preparing for exams: Headspace have some great tips for dealing with exam stress, including taking care of yourself and getting enough rest.
  3. Get help at the library: the library has loads of resources to help you get ready for exams. We wrote a blog post last semester which shows you just a few of the resources that are available to develop your study skills.
Remember, the MLC is open 24 hours if you need somewhere to study into the night, but don't forget to get enough rest and take breaks when you fell you need it.

PS: The above image isn't really related to this post, but it's important to
have a laugh and unwind when you can!

Good Luck!
