Where to go for library & IT help

If you're unsure where to go for help in the library, well listen up! Or look to the image on the left.

All your questions can be answered by heading to the Library & Computing Service Desk in the Main Library. Here we can help you with many things, including:
  • looking for a particular book or item in the library
  • finding information for your assignments
  • referencing problems
  • accessing online resources and library databases

The Library & Computing Service Desk is also where you can go for help with IT problems, including:
  • password issues
  • wireless setup
  • printing
  • Word problems (like inserting page numbers, etc.)
What if I'm not on campus? I hear you ask. Well, try out our Ask-a-Librarian service.

Click on the button to the left to get instant online help through the chat service with a Librarian between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 10.00am to 6.00pm on weekends.

This button appears on the library homepage, so keep an eye out for it!
