New Database for Research in International Arbitration

Kluwer Arbitration, the most comprehensive database of world-wide primary and secondary materials in the field of international commercial arbitration, is now available through the Library’s Electronic Resources webpage.

Its primary materials comprise bilateral investment treaties, conventions, case law, legislation as well as model clauses and rules from major arbitral institutions. Its secondary materials include arbitration books, journals and loose-leaf materials, as well as blog posts from the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.

Documents can be found through a search or browse function.
